Scott focuses his practice on business reorganizations and individual insolvency matters. His business restructuring work includes manufacturing, retail, transportation, real estate, farming, lodging and entertainment and professional services. Scott's representation of individual debtors is extensive, with a concentration on complex personal insolvency issues.
Scott graduated cum laude from Case Western Reserve University Law School in 1990. He received his B.A. with honors from The Ohio State University in 1986. Previously, Scott practiced at Hahn Loeser & Parks LLP, and was a principal at Novak, Robenalt, Pavlik & Scharf, LLP, before joining Margulies & Levinson LLP in 2007. He is currently Of Counsel to Levinson LLP.
